1. Service

WordWeave ('we' or 'us') provides technical writing services on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Service Plans & Delivery

Our current service plans and features are detailed at wordweave.co/#pricing. The features and deliverables listed there form part of these terms and conditions.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not cover marketing copywriting, creative writing, academic papers, legal documentation, medical documentation, or generic content. We also do not create or insert media (images, videos, etc.). Refer to the FAQs at wordweave.co/#FAQ for more details.

4. How It Works

Submit requests via Trello, receive your content within 72 hours on average, and request revisions until satisfied. All communication is asynchronous.

5. Important Stuff

Subscription:
- Monthly billing
- Pause/resume anytime
- Cancel anytime
- No refunds (but unlimited revisions)

Content-Rights:
- You own the delivered content
- We may showcase work examples unless marked confidential
- You're responsible for technical accuracy
- We write, you verify

Liability:
- We provide writing services, not technical advice
- We're not responsible for implementation errors

6. Working Together

Communication:
- All async via Trello/email
- Response within 24 business hours
- English language only
- Clear requirements needed

Delays possible due to:
- Complex requests
- Queue volume
- Multiple revision rounds
- Holidays

7. Changes

We may update these terms and conditions anytime.
